Dual-Port USB PD3.1 Controller
Description
The CY43775A is a highly integrated USB Type-C® power delivery (PD) controller and targeted for dual-port or multiple-port Type-C PD adapter and charger applications. The CY43775A is compliant to USB Power Delivery Rev3.1 V1.8 Standard Power Range (SPR) with Programmable Power Supply (PPS) and Qualcomm® QC2.0/3.0/4/4+/5 protocols.

- Built-in regulator for CV and CC control
- Support e-Marker cable detection
- Support smart power sharing functions for dual-port charging with thermal power management
- Support I2C interface for multi-port applications
- OTP ROM for main firmware and MTP ROM for system configuration
- Support OCP/SCP/OTP/OVP/UVP with auto restart
- Support VBUS short protection for CC1/CC2 pins up to 28V
- Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)
- Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)
